What it is

Small Things Often is a podcast from The Gottman Institute, launched in February 2020, that offers research-based relationship tips in episodes of about five minutes or less. Each episode takes one idea, such as hitting the reset button on a relationship, using humour to build connection, or responding when a partner is stuck in negativity, and suggests practical ways to apply it day to day.
