What it is
"Heavy" is a 2017 song by Linkin Park featuring Kiiara, released in February 2017 as the first single from the album One More Light. It grew out of the band's conversations about frustrations and troubles in their own lives. Chester Bennington said it is about recognizing that many of your problems are ones you cause yourself, so you can separate yourself from that pattern and do something about it.
