When your brain is too loud to sleep, give it five minutes of moonlight. 🌙🎹 #ClairDeLune

Who it's for

Clair de lune is played softly for most of its length, and its phrases rise and fall slowly rather than hitting sudden loud accents, so the listener's arousal has room to settle instead of being jolted.

What it is

Clair de lune is the third and best-known movement of Claude Debussy's Suite bergamasque for solo piano, begun around 1890 and revised before its publication in 1905. Its title, meaning 'moonlight', comes from Paul Verlaine's poem of the same name, and the movement was originally titled Promenade sentimentale.
