What it is
Couples Therapy is a documentary series developed by Eli Despres, Elyse Steinberg and Josh Kriegman that premiered on Showtime in 2019 and later moved to Paramount+ with Showtime. Each season follows three or four real couples through a 20-week therapy program with Dr. Orna Guralnik, filmed in a specially designed room with hidden cameras behind one-way mirrors and edited into nine-episode seasons.
