These terms cover your use of 3000 at try3000.app, run by 3000 Media. By using 3000, you agree to them. Questions go to hello@try3000.app.

What 3000 is

3000 recommends media (films, shows, books, songs, games, podcasts and more) based on what you tell it. 3000 is not therapy, counseling, medical advice or crisis care. If you're in danger or thinking about hurting yourself, call or text 988 in the US, or call 911.

Your account

You must be 13 or older to use 3000.
Keep access to your email or sign-in account secure. You're responsible for activity on your account.
Don't misuse 3000: no scraping, automated access, reselling, or trying to get around limits or payments.

Free use and memberships

Free accounts get three check-ins per day, resetting at midnight your local time. Posting, comments, the feeds, connecting and messages are free.
3000 Unlimited adds unlimited check-ins and lets you see the 3000 picks on other people's public profiles. The reason someone got a pick is always private to them.
Monthly and annual memberships renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel any time, and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
Founder pricing stays at the price you joined at for as long as your membership stays active. If you cancel, rejoining is at the current price.
Founding Lifetime is a one-time payment for 3000 Unlimited for as long as 3000 operates. It doesn't include packs, which are sold separately.
Payments are handled by Payhip. Prices are shown before you pay.

Packs

Packs like IDENTITY by 3000 are digital products, delivered right after purchase. Because they're instant downloads, sales are final. If a file doesn't open or something is wrong, email us and we'll make it right.

Recommendations and other people's work

Titles we recommend belong to their creators and rights holders. 3000 Media isn't affiliated with or endorsed by them. Links may take you to other services, which have their own terms and prices. Recommendations include content notes, but you decide what's right for you.

Our content

3000's design, artwork, writing and recommendations belong to 3000 Media. You can share your picks, but you can't copy 3000's database or content in bulk.

Ending access

You can stop using 3000 at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. If we ever shut 3000 down, we'll give members reasonable notice.

Limits

3000 is provided “as is.” To the extent the law allows, 3000 Media isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is meaningful, we'll update the date above and tell members by email.
