Nervous? Good. Start the band anyway 🎸
Who it's for
It bottles the rush of starting something before you feel ready: saying yes to a crush, a band, a version of yourself you have not tried yet.
Feelings it meets
What it is
In 1985 Dublin, money troubles at home send teenager Conor to a tough new school. To impress Raphina, an aspiring model he sees across the street, he claims to have a band and then has to start one. Guided by his older brother's record collection, he and a group of misfits write songs and shoot homemade music videos while his parents' marriage falls apart.
