"Anxiety" is a song by Doechii, recorded in 2019 during the sessions for her debut mixtape Coven Music Sessions and self-released on YouTube in November 2019. After it went viral, a re-recorded version came out on streaming services on March 4, 2025, through Top Dawg Entertainment and Capitol, and it was added as a bonus track on the extended version of Alligator Bites Never Heal.
