"Going Through Changes" is a track from Eminem's 2010 album Recovery, produced by Emile, with a hook that samples Ozzy Osbourne's vocal from Black Sabbath's 1972 ballad "Changes." The song deals with addiction and depression and draws on a dark period in Eminem's life following the 2006 death of his best friend Proof and a dependence on prescription drugs.
