What it is

"Nothing Better" is a duet from the Postal Service's album Give Up, released on Sub Pop in February 2003, sung by Ben Gibbard and Jen Wood. It is structured as a he-said, she-said conversation modeled on the Human League's "Don't You Want Me." Gibbard's character desperately tries to stop his partner from leaving, while Wood's character explains why she has to go and asks him to let her leave.
