What it is
"Dilemma" is a 2002 R&B ballad by Nelly featuring Kelly Rowland, released as the second single from Nelly's album Nellyville and also included on Rowland's Simply Deep. It is about a man infatuated with a woman who is already in a relationship, and the music video shows the two as neighbors drawn to each other. It interpolates Patti LaBelle's "Love, Need and Want You", spent 10 weeks at No.
