"The Worst" is a song by Jhené Aiko from her debut EP Sail Out (2013), released as the EP's second single and sent to rhythmic radio in January 2014. In the song, Aiko expresses regret over falling for someone who wasn't right for her. Fisticuffs produced the track, which samples Jay-Z's 2003 single "Excuse Me Miss".
