What it is

"Spasticus Autisticus" is a 1981 song by Ian Dury, co-written with Chaz Jankel and included on his album Lord Upminster. Dury, who was disabled by polio contracted in his youth, wrote it as a protest against the International Year of Disabled Persons, which he considered patronising, and called it an "anti-charity" song.
