Let your hair down 💃
Gloria Trevi's 90s hit is about letting your hair down and breaking free of restrictive expectations.
"Pelo suelto" is a song by Mexican singer Gloria Trevi, written by Mary Morin, and the opening track and a hit single from her 1991 album Tu ángel de la guarda. It became an anthem, with its title ("loose hair") read as a metaphor for loosening up about conservative social norms, fitting Trevi's rebellious public image at the time.
