Moby's song asks whether others feel as lost as he does in a culture of screens and performance.

What it is
"Are You Lost in the World Like Me?" is a track on These Systems Are Failing, released in October 2016 by Moby & The Void Pacific Choir. The song asks whether others also feel lost and disconnected. Its widely shared animated video by Steve Cutts satirizes smartphone obsession, following a small boy through crowds of people bent over their phones, filming events instead of engaging with them.
