What it is

"Fill in the Blank" is the opening track of Car Seat Headrest's 2016 album Teens of Denial (Matador Records), released as the album's third single in April 2016. The song deals with depression and uses dark humor to push back on the dismissive idea that a person can simply choose to feel better or has no reason to feel bad.
