What it is
"Grace Kelly" is the lead single from MIKA's debut album Life in Cartoon Motion. Mika wrote it out of frustration with record label executives who wanted him to fit a typical pop mold; he has said the label suggested modelling him on Craig David. The song satirises performers who reinvent themselves to win approval and celebrates individuality.
