What it is
"Adventure of a Lifetime" is the 2015 lead single from Coldplay's seventh album, A Head Full of Dreams, co-written with Stargate and mixing disco, funk and Afro-pop. It grew out of a jam session and is built around a guitar riff by Jonny Buckland. The song is about finding love and feeling alive again, and marked a more joyful, colorful mood after the band's downbeat album Ghost Stories.
