Feelings it meets

What it is

30 is Adele's fourth studio album, released on 19 November 2021 by Columbia Records, her first in six years. It was inspired by her 2019 divorce from Simon Konecki, her anxiety, the pressures of fame and motherhood, during a period when she began therapy; the album took shape as a way to explain to her son why she left his father.

Where to find it

Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music, Amazon Music, Tidal and other major streaming services; also on CD/vinyl.
