Not every feeling needs words. Some just need five minutes and a piano. 🎹
Who it's for
Instrumental music removes the demand to process words, which can be a relief when someone is overloaded or can't name what they feel.

What it is
"Experience" is an instrumental piece by Italian composer and pianist Ludovico Einaudi, track 12 on his 2013 Decca album In a Time Lapse. The album was recorded over two years in a remote monastery near Verona and is described as ambient, meditative and introspective, with piano leading and strings or electronics in support. On "Experience," a larger string ensemble joins the piano.
