Every light that goes out still mattered 🕯️
Linkin Park's title track was written about a friend of the band who died of cancer, and it insists that one lost life still matters deeply.
"One More Light" is the title track of Linkin Park's seventh studio album (2017), co-written by Mike Shinoda and Eg White. The band wrote it after the death of a longtime Warner Bros. Records colleague, Amy Zaret, and it is about letting people know you care about them even though loss is inevitable.
