What it is
"Somos Más Americanos" is a song by norteño group Los Tigres del Norte from their 2001 album Uniendo Fronteras. It is sung from the perspective of an undocumented Mexican immigrant in the United States answering people who tell him to go back to his country, pointing out that states such as Texas, California, Colorado and Arizona were once part of Mexico.
