Who it's for
Jazmine Sullivan sings about waking up after reckless nights she can barely recall, asking herself why she keeps doing it.
Ashamed and hungover→Honest with yourself
Feelings it meets
What it is
"Bodies (Intro)" is the opening track of Jazmine Sullivan's fourth studio album, Heaux Tales, released by RCA Records on January 8, 2021, a concept album exploring sexuality, relationships and women's stories. In the song, Sullivan is hard on herself after a one-night stand and questions who she went home with, so the album opens on regret before building toward inner strength.
