What it is
"Supermodel" is the opening track of SZA's debut album Ctrl (2017), a confessional song built over an electric guitar riff. It is addressed to an ex-partner who left her on Valentine's Day and made her feel small and unseen, and it deals with betrayal and the fallout of the relationship, including an act of retaliation she admits to.
