What it is
"Deadbeat Summer" is the second track on Psychic Chasms, the 2009 debut album by Neon Indian (Alan Palomo). The song is built around a sample of Todd Rundgren's "Izzat Love?", and Palomo has said its title draws on films about aimless, likable characters he related to.
