What it is
"Look What You've Done" is a piano-led track near the end of Drake's 2011 album Take Care, made with producers Chase N. Cashe and 40. It is a tribute to family members who supported him: one verse deals with his mother, their conflicts, her health problems and his worry over medical bills, another honors his uncle as a father figure, and the outro features his grandmother.
