What it is
"Mythological Beauty" is a song by Big Thief from their 2017 album Capacity, released as a single in April 2017. Adrianne Lenker has said it tells where the scar on the side of her head came from, an injury from when she was very young, and it is addressed to her mother. Lenker described it as a conversation between parent and child, and about the parent and child that exist within each person.
