Mask is a 1985 drama directed by Peter Bogdanovich from a screenplay by Anna Hamilton Phelan, based on the life of Rocky Dennis. Rocky is a teenager with craniodiaphyseal dysplasia, a rare genetic condition that affects his facial appearance, and he meets the world with intelligence and humour, supported by his bohemian mother Rusty, her biker friends and his grandparents.
