What it is
Supernanny is a reality series presented by parenting expert Jo Frost, first on Channel 4 in the UK (2004–2008) and in a US version on ABC (2005–2011), later revived on Lifetime (2020). Each episode follows Frost as she spends time with one family whose parents are struggling with child-rearing, observes their routines and introduces structured techniques to restore order at home.
